Enter the tracking number from your despatch email to follow your parcel to your door.

You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been despatched, after order preparation of 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday). Tracking usually becomes active within a day, once the carrier logs its first scan. Most orders arrive within 10 working days.

If your tracking has not updated, or your order has not arrived within 10 working days plus a further 5, email care@atelierbrim.co.uk with your order number and we will look into it for you.
