Terms of sale
Last updated: 12/06/2026
These Terms of Sale summarise how a sale at atelierbrim.co.uk is formed, paid, delivered and cancelled. They sit alongside our fuller Terms and Conditions, Refund and Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which together form your contract with us.
Who you buy from
atelierbrim is the trading name of ZIIEMA, a French micro-entrepreneur (SIRET 99262902200029, EORI GB031660548000), 92 Rue Mstislav Rostropovitch, 75017 Paris, France, selling to UK consumers as a Non-Established Taxable Person (NETP) with HMRC. Full details are in our Legal Notice.
How a sale is formed
Prices and product pages are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. A contract forms only when we send an order confirmation email after payment is captured. If we cannot fulfil an order (stock, pricing error, shipping restriction), we tell you and refund any payment in full to the same method.
Price, tax and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (£). The price at checkout is the price you pay, with no hidden mandatory charges, in line with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024; any delivery cost is shown before you accept payment. Our UK VAT registration is being processed by HMRC; once our UK VAT number is issued, UK VAT at 20% will be included in the price shown at checkout for consignments of £135 or less. We accept Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay); payment is taken at the point of order.
Delivery and cancellation
We ship to the UK using international tracked carriers; times and costs are in our Shipping Policy. You have 14 days from receipt to cancel for any reason under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; the model cancellation form and refund process are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: satisfactory quality (section 9), the short-term right to reject within 30 days (section 19) and repair or replacement within six months (section 23). Section 31 prevents us from contracting out of these rights.
Governing law and complaints
These Terms of Sale are governed by English law for UK consumers and by French law for French consumers. Please email care@atelierbrim.co.uk first; independent free help (Citizens Advice 0808 223 1133, your local Trading Standards, the ICO 0303 123 1113) is listed in our Legal Notice.
